Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 30th Day of December, 2025.

• Speakify English follows a strict no-refund policy once payment is completed, unless a refund is formally approved by management under exceptional circumstances.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in advance. Cancelled or missed sessions without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
• All refund or cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to internal review and final approval by Speakify English management.
• If Speakify English cancels a session or program due to internal reasons, an alternative session or applicable refund may be offered.
